30 Day Mind and Body Challenge...Day 1
We seem to spend more time fine tuning our cars than we do our bodies.
Exercise is a great way to tackle stress and maintain weight. Some jobs require a lot of stamina and others require extensive travel. In order to cope, one must have the right physique.
Whether it's saying no to fast food, saying yes to the gym, or working towards a specific goal, it first starts with discipline. It’s not easy but you have to work at it each day because the benefits are tremendous in the long run.
I encourage you to step out of your normal routine to do something different. It can be anything you currently do or want to do.
